Former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club was raided Monday by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, according to a statement that Trump released. He said that a “large group” of FBI agents were at the Mar-a-Lago club, his residence in Florida.

Federal agents searched the Florida residence on Monday, a significant step by prosecutors against the former president over his handling of classified information that could deepen his legal troubles.

Trump is under investigation on a number of different fronts.
